1. Services

Forensica Recovery provides digital asset investigation, forensic device examination, and cryptocurrency wallet recovery services. Service engagements are governed by a separate Engagement Letter signed by both parties. These Terms govern website use and pre-engagement interactions only.

2. No Guarantee of Recovery

Forensica Recovery does not guarantee recovery of any digital asset, wallet, password, or cryptocurrency. Results depend on factors outside Forensica's control including wallet encryption, available credentials, device condition, and asset history. Any estimate of recovery probability provided during consultation is an informed assessment, not a promise or warranty.

3. Not Legal or Financial Advice

Nothing on this website or in any communication from Forensica Recovery constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Forensica is not a law firm and does not provide legal services. For legal advice regarding estate administration, probate, or digital asset ownership, consult a licensed attorney. For tax implications of recovered assets, consult a licensed tax professional.

4. Intake Form and Data Submission

Information submitted through the intake form is used solely to support the recovery engagement for which it was submitted.
By submitting the intake form, you represent that you have legal authority to provide the information submitted and to authorize the requested investigation.
For estate matters, submission of the intake form represents that you hold or are authorized by the holder of appropriate legal authority (Letters Testamentary, Letters of Administration, or equivalent).
Forensica does not accept intake submissions from minors. By submitting, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or Forensica's services to:

Attempt to access digital assets you do not own or have legal authority to recover
Provide false or misleading information in connection with any engagement
Interfere with or disrupt the website or any associated systems
Engage in any unlawful activity in connection with the services

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, structure, and methodology descriptions — is the property of Trust Forensics, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trust Forensics, LLC and its principals are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or reliance on information provided here. Total liability for any claim arising from website use is limited to $100.

8. Third-Party Services

This website uses Formspree for form submission processing. Form data is transmitted to and temporarily stored by Formspree in accordance with their privacy policy. Forensica is not responsible for Formspree's data handling practices.

9. Changes to These Terms

Forensica reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes shall be resolved in Hamilton County, Ohio.
